Chase Obenchain

Chase is a Culinarian of all trades. As a practically trained savory chef and professionally trained pastry chef with a degree in Culinary Science, he has dedicated his career to learning and the pursuit of making good food available to everyone. Chase has worked in everything from CPG to Foodservice from international brands and commodity boards to growing start-ups in the food and food tech industries. A strategy-minded culinarian with an eye for design and a mind dedicated to innovation and efficiency, Chase specializes in expediting products and concepts from inception to launch. In addition to his culinary pursuits, Chase takes immense pride in being a devoted husband and a loving father to his one-year-old son.

A native of Minnesota that calls Tallahassee, Florida home.  
I have a passion for making food and creating new dishes. I also love to travel and explore new foods from around the world. My goal is to share my knowledge of culinary trends with other chefs, restaurateurs, marketers, entrepreneurs, and anyone looking for great recipes and ideas!
